PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Manage operatin and maintenance of team in conduting regular preventative & corrective maintenance of more than 500 BTS sites in region. Must always meet the target KPI and SLA montly

*Have a University education within Telecomunication, Information Technology and Electronics or similar
*Total of over 5 years experience in Telecom Operations
*Having experience in cellular networks and operations & maintenance
*Proven record in leading large operational organizations
*Fluent in written and spoken English
*Excellent knowledge and skill in leadership with result oriented in order to motivate people and conscious of responsibility
*Flexible and responsive to changing work pattern and demands
*Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively
*Experienced in implement effective O&M processes and procedures
*Willing to be placed in any area in Indonesia
*Have a good knowledge of Siemens, Nokia and Huawei Telecommunication product
