To support the fast business growth, they are currently in manufacturing capacity expansion program, therefore invites a highly competent professional with strong achievement drive to assume the position as:

Engineering Senior Manager (Paper Industry)

Reporting directly to General Manager-Plant Manager, the incumbent will be fully accountable for managing the overall engineering function to support several plant manufacturing operation effectively. The scope of job includes engineering workshop operation in providing technical solution and innovation, and also the repair maintennce services.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 3 yeas hands-on experience in similar function, highly prefer in paper manufacturing operation
* Excellent knowledge of :
o Developing strategic planing for engineering departement and coordinating whole functions under the department
o Optimalizing of Mechanical maintenance, Production Operation, Utilities, Engineering Process
* K3 & ISO
* A good leader with strong customer service oriented, self driven, result oriented, and good communication skill
* Computer proficiency, and fair in both oral & written English.
* Minimum D3 Degree majoring in Mechanical/Manufacturing.
* Age range 35-40 years old.
